Guitar, Ukulele, Piano, and Trumpet Teacher, and Adaptive Music Teacher. Music Therapy Intern.

Jake Goldstein

Jake Goldstein has been fully immersed in music since a very young age. He began playing trumpet in the elementary school band and continued throughout college. He received his BA in music from Franklin Pierce University in 2012 and is currently earning a degree in music therapy from Saint Mary’s of the Woods College in Indiana through their online program. He is excited to tie his two favorite careers together—music and helping others

Jake has always had a love for education. He began his career in special education in Ashburnham, MA and in Rindge, New Hampshire, and worked with adults with disabilities while teaching music at City Music in Gardner, the Northampton community music Center in Northampton, and the Prindle school at the East Hampton and Hadley locations. Jake also taught for 4 years at the Berkshire Hills Music Academy, a private music school in South Hadley for adults with disabilities.

Jake also enjoys performing throughout Massachusetts as “Jukebox Jake”, taking nature pictures, going for long distance bike rides, and spending time with his friends, children, and family.
